Cottage Cheese & Berry High-Protein Bowl

A great option if you want to skip eggs or want something lighter yet still protein-rich. Cottage cheese is a high protein breakfast base.

Instructions:

  1. Spoon ~1 cup cottage cheese (or a high-protein cottage cheese alternative) into a bowl.

  2. Top with ~½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cranberries, grapes).

  3. Add 2 Tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, pecans) + 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds or chia seeds for crunch and extra protein.

  4. Drizzle with a little honey or maple syrup (optional) and a pinch of cinnamon.

  5. If desired, add a few pieces of dark chocolate or cocoa nibs for flavor.

  6. Serve immediately or chill a bit.
