Tuna & White Bean Wrap

Ingredients (approximate):

  • 1 can (≈5 oz) tuna in water, drained

  • ½ cup cooked white beans (cannellini or navy beans)

  • 1 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt or light mayo

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 large whole-wheat tortilla or wrap

  • Lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)

  • Optional: chopped red onion or celery for crunch

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix drained tuna + white beans + Greek yogurt/mayo + lemon juice + Dijon mustard + salt & pepper.

  2. Lay the tortilla flat, place lettuce leaves in the center. Spoon the tuna-bean mixture on top.

  3. Optional: add chopped red onion or celery for extra texture.

  4. Fold the sides of the wrap and roll tightly. Cut in half if desired.

  5. Wrap in foil or plastic wrap for a lunch on the go. Serve chilled or at room temp.
